When guests walk into a well-designed room, their eyes often stop at the kitchenette, and not for the right reasons.
In many rooms you still find a plain, boxy kitchenette with flat white doors and basic knobs. The design feels uninspired, clashes with the rest of the décor, and drags down the overall impression of the room.
With the PIA kitchen our goal was clear: change that story.
Why PIA is different
-
Modern look, better first impression
PIA’s clean lines, balanced proportions, and integrated TV PIA’s clean lines and built-in TV make the kitchenette a key feature of the room, not a boring corner. -
Full function, small footprint
Behind the doors you can fit a hob, sink, dishwasher drawer, microwave, and more. When closed, everything disappears and the cabinet acts as living-room furniture. -
Quick transformation
Staff or guests just close the doors and, in seconds, the kitchen turns into a TV cabinet. -
Place it anywhere
All service connections sit within the cabinet width, so PIA can be placed in a niche, against a wall, or freestanding in the middle of the suite.
Models for every property size
PIA comes in several model lines that vary in width and appliance support. Smaller bed-and-breakfast rooms can choose a compact layout with a plug-in hob and 60 cm fridge. Large apart-hotel units can step up to a full-size cooktop, oven, and tall fridge, all within the same design language.
For hotels, apart-hotels, and long-stay rental apartments, PIA is also available with a plug-in appliance option. Swappable mini-ovens, coffee makers, or dishwashers slide into dedicated bays, so operators can dial the kitchen’s character and capacity up or down as needed. Plug-in appliances make cleaning and maintenance quick and low-cost, and let you adjust and change the kitchen’s setup in minutes, so rooms are back in use almost at once.
Spotlight on PIA VISS for hotels
Hotels often need an in-room minibar and storage, but prefer to steer guests toward the on-site restaurant. PIA VISS solves this challenge:
-
Half-height doors keep the lower part open for minibar fridge, trash bin, and drawers, while the upper section hides the cooking zone.
-
Lockable kitchen function lets you close the cooking area during peak season. Off-season, unlock it and the same room turns into a fully equipped apart-hotel suite.
The bottom line
PIA turns the ordinary kitchenette into a multi-use feature that saves space, lifts the room’s design value, and adapts to seasonal business goals. For hotel operators, that means higher guest satisfaction and better usage of every square meter. Guests enjoy the design, practicality, and convenience offered by the innovative PIA kitchen concept.
